Often times typical technicians in the field do what they can to solve a customer need and can not complete the task. At TNE we ensure that the issue is resolved or a plan for resolution is in place prior to leaving the site. Our customers are given complete understanding of where there issues stand.
The BOTTOM LINE – “We got it”
One of our first industrial customers confided in us that they chose us because when we were called in for an issue and said, “we got it”, we took ownership of it, whatever it was and made it right.
They said that once we were on the scene, they could breathe a sigh of relief that person who showed up will do whatever it takes to solve the problem or come up with a plan to do so as fast as possible.
They felt confident that
- safety rules would be followed
- their internal customers such as manufacturing supervisors and lead persons would be consulted with when production was affected by HVAC related issues
- the job would be done right at a fair price
- if any challenges came up regarding performance or cost, a reasonable solution would be worked out
- if a call came in on the off shift, they could rest assured that building would be secured upon us leaving
The bottom line was that TNE was part of their team and a proven winner. Tasks could be delegated effectively and a high standard would be achieved. This allowed them to focus on the myriad of other issues that they facing in managing a manufacturing plant.
The plant engineer with over 25 years of maintenance engineering experience in U S Navy ship systems, commercial buildings and industrial processes stated, “when I have a contractor who says, “ I got it” and they take it and get it done to the last detail, that is as good as it gets . . . it is the highest honor there is for a contractor."
