All too often, a project gets completed, but the customer does not get the same attention at the end of the job as they did when the contractor was trying to secure the work. The customer can then be left with a negative perception of the product as well as of the contractor. In many cases, this can be avoided by placing a stronger emphasis on educating the customer about their system.
