Quality Assurance Pledge at Tradesmen of New England, LLC

Technical expertise delivered through compassion, with genuine gratitude for the opportunity to serve. This is what founded Tradesmen of New England, LLC. We present this as an observation of what drives us, and it is our intent to deliver this flawlessly in every interaction, be it to a client, a vendor, or a TNE fellow employee.
TNE fellow employees, we respect your talents, your time, and we thank you for your attention to detail. Let the virtues of compassion, gratitude, diligence, commitment, modesty, trust, unity, loyalty and responsibility shine through your behavior, via a spirit of enthusiasm. Expect the very same from the TNE Leadership, and let this be what builds our collective integrity.
Vendors, expect our staff to be polite, professional, and ready to explain their needs to your team. Thank you in advance for the expertise of your team, and forgive us if we have to call upon your team after normal working hours. Know that if we are doing so, it is a genuine emergency which could not have been prevented.
Clients, expect that we will adopt your facility’s needs as our own, and address them with high regard as responders to those needs. We provide this at any hour of the day, night, weekend, or holiday, and with assurance of quality and value! In instances where this has been found to not have been the case, we ask that someone step forward and inform us, and preferably to a supervisor, a manager, or TNE’s President himself, John Audet. Should you do so, here is what you can expect for a reception in doing so. We will adopt your needs as our own, and address them with high regard as responders to those needs.
1. Genuine thanks for bringing forward your issue. If you hadn’t, we may have never known of the issue otherwise.

2. Immediate attention and follow-thru to the issue, resulting in the following:
  • Factual data being presented to answer your questions;
  • Resolution favoring the client;
  • Empathy for your position; and
  • Gratitude for your courage to come forward.
Let this act as a guide and standard, at a minimum, for TNE leadership and employees.
